Kentia Crescent, Berry
Located on Kentia Crescent in Berry, NSW, this property underwent a full renovation, transforming from an original 1980s-style brick house with a tiled roof into a stunning modern country-style cottage featuring weatherboard cladding and an iron roof. The interior was completely revamped with timber lining board feature walls and ceilings, complemented by timber floorboards throughout. An open-plan living layout was created to enhance the sense of space and flow, seamlessly connecting to an indoor/outdoor entertaining area. The renovation also included brand-new kitchen and bathroom installations. Every detail of the project was shaped around the clients’ wishes, turning their dream home into a reality
Glenworth Estate, Berry Mountain
This project was a complete heritage renovation of the original 1890s residence, once home to the first Mayor of Berry! Every element of the house was carefully restored, with original materials preserved and brought back to life wherever possible. It was a highly detailed and delicate build, requiring a sensitive approach to honour the home’s historical significance. Close collaboration with the clients and heritage architects ensured that the integrity and charm of the original structure were maintained throughout the entire restoration.
Glenworth Cottage, Berry Mountain
This new build was designed to replace the existing caretaker's cottage on-site, resulting in a beautifully crafted weatherboard cottage that blends classic charm with modern design elements. Featuring a Colorbond roof, architectural windows and doors, and custom-engineered flooring, the home exudes both style and durability. Polished concrete benchtops and recycled timber work add texture and warmth, while raked ceilings create a sense of openness and light. The architectural design carefully balances form and function, creating a timeless space that complements its surroundings.
